A grilled wrap actually. This was one of the simplest dinners I've made in a long time. Even better, was that all three kids raved about it. Jade even asked that it be put in regular rotation.
I started with 1 pound of ground turkey. After I browned that, I added one cup of ricotta cheese, fresh chopped chives, chopped fresh garlic, about 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper.
Once the filling was cooked, I put 1 slice of swiss cheese on a large tortilla. I don't remember the brand I used, but it was the kind sold to use for making wraps and it was garden veggie flavor. Then put about 2 tablespoons of filling in the middle and roll up burrito style.
After I had them all filled and rolled, I just grilled them on my George Foreman Grill.
